Anne-Marie has grown up on a family farm with suckler cows, finishing followers both in bull beef systems and extensively using conservation grazing. Following studying at university and working in agriculture, Anne-Marie is now lecturing in livestock health, welfare and production at an agricultural college, as well as being responsible for managing the college’s herd of suckler cows and flock of 250 breeding ewes and their use in the curriculum. Anne-Marie also has her own small flock of 100 North Country Cheviot ewes, with lambs being marketed through a boxed scheme as well as sold live via markets.
